First-time appointments are coordinated by
our intake staff so that we might obtain the necessary information
needed by our physicians for your upcoming appointment. Our
new patient staff will verify your insurance information, obtain
information regarding your medical history and diagnostic studies,
and make every attempt to schedule an appointment at your
convenience.

Special Studies and Surgery Scheduling
 When
you and your physician have agreed upon a course of treatment
which includes special testing or surgery, you will be directed to
our Special Studies and Surgery Scheduling Department. Our
staff will co-ordinate appointment times with other offices and
hospitals, and work diligently to obtain all insurance
certification and authorization so that you might maximize your
plan benefits. We will make every effort to accommodate your
individual requests and will communicate with you both by
telephone and by mail.

Business Office
 We
contract with many insurance plans as well as with Sutter
Independent Physicians and Sutter Medical Group. We are
apart of several Medical Provider Networks for various worker's
compensation carriers. Our billing staff is well trained in
all aspects of medical billing procedures and have established
excellent working relationships with many insurance carriers.

Medical Records Department
 Our
office is fully HIPAA compliant and sensitive to the release of
medical information. We do not release our original medical
records, but should you require a copy of your
medical chart, we will need a signed release of medical
information in order to process your request. We will direct
the copies per your instruction; please provide a full address
with your request. You may pick up copies by making
arrangements in advance. We do charge for copies and
processing.
Please note: Our xrays are in
digital format and will be provided on a CD.
